Professional Fitness Concepts, Inc. has a product list that encompasses every aspect of fitness equipment available on the market. The strong relationships we have developed with our suppliers and manufacturers over the years allow us access to over twenty thousand distinct fitness related items. Whether you are looking for interactive gaming equipment or something as simple as mouth pieces for a boxing ring we have it available.
We offer a mixture of products that allows our customers to purchase premium equipment at the most competitive prices. Our product list includes over 4,000 items, including:

2. Assist in the consulting and space planning of the fitness equipment and interactive gaming equipment.
We at Professional Fitness Concepts specialize in all aspects of fitness, including space planning and consulting. Our sales staff has over eighty years combined experience in the fitness industry, in areas from manufacturing to health club programming. Our customers benefit from the knowledge of all of our staff when developing a concept or determining a goal that needs to be achieved. Our associates have designed thousands of facilities ranging from community centers to college recreation facilities. We understand the demographics and limitations of each facility and can suggest a combination of products that best suits the facility’s purpose. Our staff members will work with our customers to design a facility that is user friendly, safe and accessible to all. 3. Supply product orientation and training for your staff. We believe that the follow up after the sale is just as important as the initial stages of the sales process. After delivery of facility equipment is completed we will come to the facility at no additional charge to teach the staff how to use the equipment and to review the maintenance that is required. At this time we will go over the features of the machines, maintenance logs as well as answer any questions that the staff may have regarding the operation of the equipment. We will contact the facility’s supervisor directly to schedule the most convenient time to meet with the staff for this orientation. 4. Provide efficient delivery and installation of equipment. Professional Fitness Concepts, Inc. provides professional delivery and installation teams that will be required to: i. Inspect all equipment for missing parts or damage ii. Inspect all equipment for proper usage iii. Clean up all rubbish in and around the facility. It is the responsibility of our delivery team to bring all cardboard and garbage back to our facility for disposal. iv. Supply the facility manager with a copy of the manuals and warranty information. 5. Provide trade in offers for cardio and strength equipment. Professional Fitness Concepts, Inc. realizes that there must be an outlet for the end user’s equipment that is being replaced. We also understand that there should be a value attached to this equipment. Much like an automobile there are certain factors that dictate a “trade in value”. Some very basic factors are: Age of the equipment Whether the equipment is commercial grade or light commercial grade Manufacturer of the equipment Whether or not the equipment is operational Whether the equipment is still supported by the manufacturer and whether parts are available In the event that the product is not eligible for a trade in value, the Professional Fitness Concepts delivery team will remove the unit at no additional charge. 6. Provide timely repair and maintenance service. Professional Fitness Concepts, Inc. understands the importance of quick reliable service to prevent extended down times of equipment. Our emphasis on communication between our staff and customers has led our service department to be recognized as one of the leaders in our territory. Since we only recommend equipment from manufacturers that we have built strong working relationships with, we either have repair parts in stock or can have parts delivered to our warehouse by ten the next morning for the majority of the equipment we sell. Our sales team and service technicians will evaluate and make suggestions for running safe, efficient and economical fitness centers. Our repair services will include: i. Certified technicians with industry standard credentials ii. A technician at your facility within 24-48 hours. If we do not have the required part in stock we will have the part shipped from the manufacturer on an expedited basis to eliminate downtime. iii. Delivery of service protocols to every facility. We have a service protocol that is distributed to every facility. This will give the facility manager direct contact with our service department. iv. Develop recommended spare parts packages to keep on-site. This will reduce down time and the expense of return trip charges. v. Evaluate and design a replacement plan. Many times the cost of repair out weighs the cost of replacement. Very few facilities understand the overall value of having a program in place. This will assist in developing an annual budget and long-term for both repairs and new equipment. 7. Customize a cost-efficient preventive maintenance program. Preventive Maintenance is a crucial component when running a fitness center. Based on what the technicians find during the Preventive Maintenance they will often be able to prevent further damage to your equipment, ultimately saving the facility thousands of dollars. When performing preventive maintenance for our customers they can expect the following: i. At least one certified technician at your facility as well as one additional helper. ii. A thorough inspection of the equipment, including diagnostics of each piece that is computer based. iii. A thorough write up of each piece of equipment with recommendations as well as descriptions of broken items. iv. A follow up quote with a detailed list of suggested parts replacement and corresponding labor charges.
